  1. I went to the play Crazy-town on Thursday October 5th. I had heard a lot of good things going into that night, so i was looking forward to it. One thing i really liked about the play and that was really memorable was when the characters interacted with the audience. They a school interview and me and a group of people had got the chance to stand up and read cue cards for the actresses. In all honesty I did not really see anything wrong with the play that night. Everyone seemed to be on task and good and the lights and sounds were really good. They all did seem really tired by the end of the play, but they managed to just pull all their strength together and get through it.

  2. I am glad that the play came together for the last night, though we should have had it together the first night. All in all I am proud of our performance after all we have been through as a group.

  3. I was tech for Crazy town. The first night we had no sound. It was very crazy things went wrong. The second night it seemed like everything that we did that was successful fell apart. The third and final night everything went very well. Sound worked the whole night. The play was very funny and my favorite night of the play was the last night.

    1. I agree that things got better once the sound was finally working.

  4. I went to crazy town the final night and help the crew with moving the furniture pieces and helping clean up after. But the over all play was great and the sound was really good and clear. The actors did their jobs and made sure the acting matched the script.

  5. I went to Crazytown on Thursday. I helped the people who thought our play was choir, show them to the correct place. I came in free because I'm apart of theatre and paid the drama club fee. Other than that I was apart of the audience.

I will start with the negative and end with a positive note. The sound was really bad it either wasn't on or, was low and scratchy. To fix that problem I would do a rerun of the show before the audience sees the play to make sure everything turns out smoothly. The actors worked well though with those problems they stayed in character and continued the show.

I thought the play was funny I laugh a lot so I ended up laughing at things no one else laughed at. Oh I would work on lights to because there were times the actors were in dark areas and then mid performance a light would come out of nowhere. I saw people I know perform that I never even seen perform and, they did great for there first try and would like to see them again.

  7. I went to see CrazyTown all three nights. I was apart of the crew for the show. I thought I was going to be completely terrible at crew and I would just forget where everything goes, but surprisingly I didn't. I have always wanted to see the experience to be a crew member. I feel like we could have made the transition cleaner and smoother but overall it was not bad. I am really proud of all of the actors because they are the main reason why the play came together. I had a really fun experience with all of my fellow crew members, the cast, and coach.

  8. I feel that I did pretty well for my first time acting. There were some flaws and I tried my best to work on those. But overall I was good not great.

As a unit we bounced off each other and that made the show move along. I felt that the pace on the last night was really good and there were no dull moments.

I learn that I need to trust myself and my peers around me. After the comments on the second night I personally did not want to do the last show. I was drained and felt that what was said by a certain person that I was not good and my efforts weren't seen. That got to me but at the end of the day I had to take it with a "grain of salt". Also that my peers couldn't take anymore hits and I could try with the last show.

I will know the play and not just my lines. That was a downfall but we got through and we learned from it.
