Hard skills would be like using the saw, making blueprints, and using the technology. Some soft skills would be like communication with others and using teamwork to accomplish what needs to be done.
Hard Skills- Knowing how to use the appropriate tool, such as using a drill or table saw. Knowing the difference between materials, for example a the difference between a 1 in screw and a 3 in screw. Knowing how to lift heavy objects.
Soft Skills- Communication- Learning how to communicate in a group is at times very important for getting the work done. Grit- To keep working and not give up. Moving at a fast pace- The reason this is a soft skill is that it is something you learn through practice. Drive- Wanting to do the work and to look for things that are not necessarily your job.
