Theatre 2: To Whom it May Concern
Compose a letter to next year's Theatre 2 Tech Students. Discuss what you took away from this year. In particular,, talk about the opportunities that you have had, and what you did with them. Then, retrospectively, what you would like them to know about their opportunity next year.

What I took away this year is that you should be willing to use all the opportunities given to you in an attempt to truly understand what you're doing.
ReplyDeleteI had opportunities like participating in Clue, learning about the lighting system in the theatre, being a blind mouse in Fablefest, and doing a solo for the lip syncs. I did those so I could obtain a better understanding of what I'm doing and what I will be doing in the future.
the future is unpredictable and school might not go back to normal for a bit, but you should try to make the most of the opportunities you have. Learn about the lights and sound, participate in plays, and perform when given a choice.
What I took away this year was to not to take anything for granted. You never know when something could happen and all that could be taken away. So make sure you enjoy the little things.
ReplyDeleteI had the opportunity to perform in Clue and maybe I didn't give it my all and I could've done better, but I still got to go onstage and act and form bonds with people I would have never talked to if I hadn't done that.
Next year, be involved do not just sit on the side and watch everyone do something you could be doing, because trust me you will regret it. Also just have fun, learn what you can, perform, and get out of your shell.
One thing I took away from this school year is to take every opportunity that you see you can take. In the long run you won't regret it and you can better yourself academically.
ReplyDeleteI had the opportunity to take honors English this year and I didn't take it and I honestly regret it. If I would have taken honors English this year I would have bettered myself academically.
Next year take those chances and opportunity's to better yourself i promise you, you won't regret it. Life is too short to not try to better yourself.
Its good advice to take advantage of ALL opportunities to better oneself.
