What is the Theme?
What is the lesson?

  1. My theme of the play is that "Good things can come at the worst times." The Husband lost his wife and then a baby comes into the picture. You just have to wait it out and that is what the Husband is doing but the Father won't let him.

The lesson in the play is that you have to come together in what seems like the worst time in your life and help someone who is feeling that pain. Everything is a blessing in disguise you just have to accept it.

  2. For my One-Act Play, I wanted to do a really funny story about a depressed office employee, and how he messes up his boss's shirt. Originally, I was going to do something that would have been about morality and not changing yourself, but it was too difficult to present this in a laundry room.

Also, my story will show that it's important to stand up for yourself even in the worst situations. The most difficult part would be trying to not get Lane or Larayza to laugh.
